Poohy (the Service) is a gut health analysis tool based on dietary logging. Analysis results and recommendations are for reference only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
2. Accounts & Usage
You may use the Service anonymously or via an OAuth account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and must not share it with others. You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful or harmful manner.
3. User Content
Diet data you enter is your personal content. You grant us the right to use this data within the scope of providing the Service. We will not use your personal data for commercial purposes or share it with third parties.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided as-is without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the Service. AI analysis results are based on statistical models and may contain errors—do not rely solely on them for health decisions.
5. Service Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and trademarks of the Service are owned by Poohy and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the Service is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, the parties should first attempt to resolve it through negotiation; if unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
